By accessing or using ClaimShif.Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ClaimShif provides software-as-a-service tools to help HVAC contractors automate rebate claim documentation. This includes document processing, data extraction, compliance checking, and portal pack generation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- Ensuring accuracy of information submitted
- Obtaining proper consent before submitting client information
- Complying with all applicable rebate program requirements
- Verifying extracted data before submission to portals
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
5. Disclaimer
ClaimShif provides tools to assist with documentation. We do not guarantee rebate approval. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data and compliance checks. AI extraction may contain errors that require human review.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaimShif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
